Quality Control North West (QCNW) have returned to us over a number of years for products, services and on going support. Our first working relationship with QCNW was to review their existing Laboratory Management Information System and advise on any process improvements.
We then tendered and won the contract to create a new version of their website by using the WJPS Portal with additional bespoke development to match their requirements. The site www.qcnw.nhs.uk has been live since March 2016. We have also been working with QCNW on the implementation of MRS, which they have been using successfully since completion in 2016, which makes them one of our larger contracts providing environmental reporting across two sites Stockport and Liverpool and to all of their customers.
We are very excited to be continuing to work on new projects with QCNW and look forward to seeing our products providing time savings and reporting improvements over the coming months.
