Introducing our New Service, Web Consultation!

For the past few weeks, the WJPS Team have been working hard on a new service we can offer our existing Web Communication System users. 

We know that you want to make the most out of your site but getting back on track is hard. That’s where we come in- we run full site overhauls, help to create a streamlined updating process that works for you, and bring your site up to the highest expected accessibility levels. 

Updated accessibility standards often mean that what was once deemed as accessible is no longer up to scratch. Many people take advantage of accessibility features- from text to speech, to contrast settings and alternative text, so accessibility is an integral part of your site. WCS has been built with accessibility in mind, but the unique content that you add to your site could often be better optimised in order to fully comply with WCAG2.1 AA+ published standards.

Through our overhaul process we optimise WCS' many great features to serve your individual needs- from streamlining the updating process on your end, to using Search Engine Optimisation tactics to place your site higher in search engines, and create a flowing brand identity that can be seen through your whole site. We also use data gathered through the analytics information of your site to create more site traffic, curate positive user experiences, and get you found online.

We work with you every step of the way to create an easy to update, stylish and user-friendly site- by updating the content already on your site or creating new content for you. 

We know that all our clients are different, that’s why we work in consultation with you, we refresh your site and optimise it to work in a way that realistically fits your needs.

Our focus continues to be on delivering the best quality, bespoke service dedicated to you- that's why at the end of it all, we even create a personalised 'crib sheet' of instructions on how to complete the tasks you need to, in the simplest way!

If you don't feel you need a full site overhaul, but do have some ideas that you're struggling to make a reality, we also offer content consultation and creation for an hourly fee. This can be anything from a new idea for a gallery of images to a completely new page, we're here to make those ideas a reality- we can even do the research for you!
