Customer Support Advisor Vacancy

Job Share 3 days per week (Wed/Thurs/Fri)

£10.53 per hour

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Support Advisor to work 3 days per week on a job share basis. We are a small progressive Software Development and Consultancy Company based in Bedale and specialise in writing software for NHS, private healthcare, and public sector organisations.

We are seeking someone special to join us as we expand further and develop new opportunities.  Ideally you are a competent user of Microsoft Office and will have an interest in learning new software and skills to support WJPS clients, you could be just who are looking for! If you can also resolve simple customer problems, offer advice, train customers, pass queries onto our developers, install software and onboard systems, you are definitely what we are looking for!

Your primary responsibility will be customer liaison but you will also be responsible for marketing and managing our social media channels. You will have:

  • a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • a high level of attention to detail
  • effective organisational and communication skills (both written and interpersonal)
  • experience of providing excellent customer service
  • team working skills and experience
  • self-motivation and the ability to work without supervision

In return we offer excellent working conditions working daytime only, no weekends, free parking, 28 days holiday (pro rata), workplace pension scheme (if eligible), plus Christmas shutdown each year between Christmas and New Year.

We are wanting you to work 9am to 5pm Wednesday and Thursday and 9am to 4pm on a Friday with a 30 minute lunch break each day.  However start and finish times may be negotiable and tweaked to meet your responsibilities outside of work if we can agree a mutually beneficial arrangement.

To register your interest, please send your CV to our recruitment partner North Yorkshire HR Solutions at info@nyhrsolutions.co.uk

We look forward to hearing from you!
