Over the last quarter we have received some fantastic, and very kind, feedback from both our MRS and WCS customers.
Our customers have access to our Support Desk, where they can add a ticket to ask questions, request support, and raise queries. Once these tickets are resolved, the customer will receive an option to rate their experience and leave feedback.
Each quarter, our Support Desk gives us a run down on all the tickets we have resolved in the last quarter, and the customer feedback given with these completed tickets.
We have resolved 230 tickets since October 2021, and received 20 ‘extremely satisfied’ ratings, with three of those customers adding feedback of how quickly their issue was resolved.
We also received some lovely feedback noting that Bee is ‘Fabulous’!
We would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to our customers who take the time to leave us ratings and feedback. It is very helpful to see what we are good at, and what there is to improve!
