Compliments to Our Support Staff

Users are given the option to rate their support experience, and if they wish they can write a few words to explain their rating. This is not only a good way of opening another line of communication between us and our clients, but it also helps us see what we are doing well, and what may need improvement. 

Each quarter our support desk gives us a rundown of the feedback received on tickets we have resolved- this quarter we resolved 164 support queries, and we received 23 customer ratings. 

Out of 25 responses, 100% of customers were extremely satisfied with the support they received. 

This quarter we have been commended on our time efficiency, quick response time, and confidence in identifying and rectifying any issues discovered. 

We take this opportunity to thank all of our clients who take the time to give us feedback, as it highlights what we are doing successfully, and helps us to curate a better customer support experience.
