Terms and Conditions

  1. Promoter. WJP Software Limited (WJPS), Bedale, North Yorkshire, United Kingdom.
  2. Eligibility. Open to attendees aged 18 or over at QATS on 3–4 November 2026, excluding WJPS employees and those administering the draw. One entry per person.
  3. Entry. Entry is free with no purchase necessary. Entrants provide their name, organisation and contact details to WJPS at the event. Entries close when the event ends on 4 November 2026.
  4. Prize One MRS Cube, which the winning organisation keeps permanently, plus access to the MRS web-based plate mark-up system. The prize is awarded to the organisation, not the individual. No cash alternative.
  5. Web access. Web access is free for at least 12 months from activation. It remains free after this unless WJPS introduces charges. Any charges will be communicated in advance. The organisation may decline to continue paid access and still keeps the Cube.
  6. Winner. One winner will be selected at random from eligible entries received at QATS, independently of any other competition, by 6 November 2026. The winner will be contacted using the details supplied.
  7. Organisational approval. Acceptance requires approval by the winning organisation, in line with its gifts and conflicts-of-interest policies. If approval is refused, or the winner does not respond within 14 days, WJPS may select another winner.
  8. Delivery and use. WJPS will arrange delivery and activation with the winning organisation. The organisation must confirm that use complies with its own IT, information governance and operating requirements.
  9. Personal data. Entry details will be used to administer the draw and award the prize. Marketing is optional and requires separate consent. Please see the WJPS privacy notice at www.wjps.co.uk.
  10. General. WJPS may make reasonable changes necessary to run the draw fairly, subject to applicable law. English law applies.
